2. Eligibility for Returns
- Manufacturing Defects: Returns are only accepted in cases where there is a confirmed manufacturing defect in the product.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
3. Non-Returnable Items Due to the personalized nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- High Flow Float Valves
- Float Valves
- Items that have been used or altered after receipt
4. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at sales@aquasuper.com within 7 days of receiving your order to report a manufacturing defect. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and any supporting photos or videos.
- Step 2: Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange the defective item.
5. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
6. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges for custom or personalized products. However, if you receive a defective item, we will replace it with a new one that meets your original specifications.

Shipping Policy
Please consider an average manufacturing time of 7 days in addition to the shipping time. The products will be shipped directly from our factory, located in Brazil.
